Will I have anything to pay on delivery?
No. The amount at checkout is the final amount, delivery included, so nothing is asked of you on the doorstep.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return and a refund, and every product carries a 2-year warranty on the frame, the drawers and the lighting.
How do I know it will fit my room?
Check the width, depth and height in the dimensions table on the product page, then measure the wall you have in mind and leave room to pull the seat out. If a measurement you need isn't listed, email us before you order. Several models are made for small bedrooms, and the corner units make use of space that usually goes to waste.
Why a mirror lit from the front?
A ceiling light shines down from above and deepens every shadow. Bulbs around the mirror, at face height, light your face the way other people see it, so your make-up looks the same once you step outside.
How long does assembly take?
45 to 90 minutes, depending on the model. Fitting the mirror is easier with two people. The panels are numbered, the fixings come sorted by step, and a crosshead screwdriver is the only tool you need.
