What to tell us
To help us answer you in one go, please include:
- your order number, if you have already ordered;
- the name and email address used on the order;
- for a damaged or faulty item, photographs of the item and of the outer packaging.
Before you write
- Delivery. Free UK delivery on every order. Delivered in 8 to 15 working days. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- Returns. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Full details are in our Refund policy.
- Returns address. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will give you the return address and the reference to write on the parcel.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, write to us again through the contact form with the word COMPLAINT in your message. We will look at your case again and give you a final written answer within 10 working days.
