Assembly and fitting
Allow 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the model. The panels are numbered, the fixings arrive sorted by step, and the illustrated instructions are in the box. A crosshead screwdriver is the only tool you need.
Lifting the mirror into place is easier with two people. It screws into the frame of the unit at two metal anchor points rather than resting on the top, so it does not move once fitted, and the anti-tip wall kit is included.
Care and cleaning
Hard surfaces take make-up and nail varnish remover without staining. Wipe them with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive products. For a lit mirror, use a dry microfibre cloth to protect the frame and the LEDs.

Lighting
You see what everyone else will see
Ceiling lights shine down from above and deepen every shadow, so make-up that looked right indoors can look heavy outside. A lit mirror puts the light in front of you, at face height, the way other people see you.
Storage
Everything within reach
A make-up bag is made for travelling. At home, everything ends up in a pile and the things at the bottom get forgotten. Drawers and shelves keep each product in sight and within reach while you sit, so you actually use them.
Before you order
How do I know it will fit?
Check the width, depth and height in the dimensions table, then measure the wall you have in mind and leave room to pull the seat out. As a guide, a standard chest of drawers is 80 cm wide. If a measurement you need isn't listed, email us before you order.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Delivery is free on every order and the amount at checkout is the final amount, so nothing is asked of you on the doorstep.
What if it arrives damaged, or a part is missing?
Email us at contact@eleva-home.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement part or a whole new unit, and cover any return postage. It's quicker than sending anything back first.
Can I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return and a refund, and a 2-year warranty on the frame, the drawers and the lighting.
How do I look after it?
A soft, slightly damp cloth is enough for the top and the fronts, with no abrasive products. For a mirror and its bulbs, a dry microfibre cloth protects the frame and the LEDs.
